When pressing CTRL + P to play a song, I cannot hear anything, even if it is playing (i only hear that the audio stream has started). Furthermore, when pressing F11 for resynchronization, Mission control is opened instead. Can these issues be solved by changing any settings? Thanks.

Hello, don't know about your first question, but for your second question, there is a way to disable mission control keyboard shortcut. Go to system prefs>keyboard>shortcuts and then there should be a table there listing all the shortcuts and one of them, is mission control. Should you need help, let me know. HTH.
