So I have this problem for a longtime now and on all of my laptops. Despite the fact that I have no internet download manager or anything, the web client sounds begin downloading instead of playing. And if no download manager exists it will download using the browser. So how can I get the sounds to play instead of download?

That is interesting. I can't say I had this problem. You are completely sure any download manager is disabled? I ask because if I am using IDM, for example, this will always happen and is just due to the way IDM captures downloads. Note that even if you exit the program, it isn't disabled and you should instead add qcsalon.net to the list of Websites IDM should not download files from.
Alternatively, if you did this, which browser are you using? I just tried using Chrome and sounds play normally instead of being downloaded.
