I swear there was an @reply or @r chat command. Is there? and if there isn't can we get one?

If you mean for replying to private messages, you can use the "@" (at) symbol for that. So let's say you get a PM, then you use "@ message" to reply.

Or you can jump in your chair, sing the happy birthday song 3 times, spin around, get on keyboard and press the @ sign and make a wish then the person will reply to you.
