Hello,
in the old options system, it was possible to play Citadels up to 18 quarters, but only with 3 and 4 players. However, this possibility disappeared when switching to the new one.

Perhaps the intention was to make the limit more consistent regardless of the number of players, but playing up to 18 seems to be a rather popular choice as we have received quite a few questions about that option and whether it can be restored.
So, is it possible to bring this possibility back?
My suggestion is to just ignore it if the game starts with more than 4 players and start it with the currently largest possible limit.
